A dream match. It started with a fun get-together with a development team that turned into something more... a freelance assignment. Mature methodologies like Test-Driven Development were used in 90% of the work, resulting in bug-free deliveries. Helped unite a fragmented development team while simultaneously highlighting shortcomings within the department.

Online travel agency. Wrote approximately 50% of the code. Provided personal coaching to junior developers, which resulted in new responsibilities and increased success for them. Participated in the recruitment and onboarding of two new team members. Offered key architectural guidance to rescue a project in trouble, which led to a tenfold increase in development speed and reduced time to market.

Business development agency. Recruited 6 skilled individuals within 6 months, from job posting to hiring. Provided technical support across 7 different clients' technical landscapes, ranging from maintenance mode to MVP startup mindset. Held personnel responsibility for 10 full-stack developers across 2 development teams. High level of collaborative work between product owners, developers, UX designers, and others.

Technical support for 14 development teams, primarily for www.telia.se, provided weekly through hands-on guidance and the development of automated tools and platforms. Organized events and facilitated support sessions to enhance the teams’ ability to deliver high-quality e-services. Maintained and developed a monorepo primarily used by the 14 development teams in collaboration with a platform team.

Led the technical transformation of the frontend for the B2B unit of telia.se, involving a total of 6 development teams. Created a micro-frontends architecture tailored to the multi-framework setup that aligned with Telia’s technical strategy.

System developer, consultant. Worked on a variety of assignments for both small and large companies. Learned some of the latest technologies in use today. Served as a springboard to roles with greater responsibility.

IT company – Operations. Developed 8 internal tools to improve productivity for customer service and other departments. Served as team lead for 10 customer service agents across the Nordic markets. Actively participated in process development and knowledge transfer.
