Responsible for development, application maintenance and operation of all business-critical support systems at Com Hem – the major triple play cable operator in Sweden. Delivered a major improvement and transformation program based on Lean and Agile principles. Development was in-sourced to agile teams, AM was outsourced to India, and IT Operations underwent a significant consolidation and modernization program. Resulted improved customer satisfaction, business agility, quality, general cost efficiency and business value. This IT organization employed 220-250 people and had a budget of approx 20Meur. Com Hem was PE owned and went public through IPO, Stockholm Nasdaq OMX.

For this IT solutions provider, specializing in Sharepoint and Lotus Notes intranet solutions, I was as Region Manager responsible for the Stockholm business which was also the largest. Successfully led post-merger integration of an acquired company, personally won complex solutions sales deals, managed some Key Accounts and drove business development. Excellent track record of winning new deals, delivering projects on time and on budget, recruiting and keeping some of the very best consultants with the company.

Complex solution sales, client relationship management and advisory, recruitment, development of strategies and establishing new partnerships. Reporting directly to CEO. Budget responsibility for about 4M€ revenues. 250% over budget in terms of profit for 2005. Always exceeding set budget goals. Responsible for ~35 employees including talent development, recruitment, utilization, sales etc. Customers in telecom, government, health care, media.

Responsible for the design and scale-up of the technical infrastructure of a tech startup ISP utilizing the ISDN digital network to connect SME:s to the Internet. Responsibilities: Technical design and implementation of network infrastructure, technical sales support, setup of new customers, maintenance, tech lead for 3 infrastructure technicians and 2 developers. Results: A scalable, secure and reliable infrastructure which was used for a long period of time after I left the company. I left the company when we made the transition from establishment to maintenance mode.
