Changed position in company to a role in research and development with responsibilities such as developing new product ideas by gathering requirements for the product, finding solutions (for technical areas and software), implementing those solutions, and finally testing the product at one or more locations. This work involved using a variety of software, reviewing the software API's and developing new products using those APIs in the right programming language such as C# and Java. While looking at other APIs, the work included constant improvement of Payair's APIs as a document writer. The work also included making time estimations, gathering requirements and documenting other projects.

Changed position to help newly started affiliate teams in USA, South Europe, and Oman. The main task includes adapting the Payair Technology to the local market. The work ranges from solution designed mobile bank solutions to adopt and create local use-cases.
