Since September 2022 I have been working as a freelance web developer on a contract basis. As a freelancer I look to use my skills and experience to assist in a wide range of projects. My first contract was as a senior consultant at Knowit Experience, where I taught React and overall front end tooling to junior developers as part of their trainee program. As for clients I have worked with The Public Health Agency of Sweden The Greta Thunberg Foundation Smart Europe GmbH and others.

At Knowit Experience I work mainly as Lead Front End on a number of projects, including Opera.se and Capio.se. I frequently held internal lectures on topics such as accessibility, GraphQL, Docker, React, and Typescript for the Front End group. I also put a lot of time and effort into supporting our junior developers and interns, making sure they have the tools they needed to succeed.

For six days spread out across six weeks every term I held a course for the Web Developer class at Yrgo on NodeJS and its ecosystem; covering MongoDB, Express, GraphQL among other goodies.

During my years at Creuna I worked on a vast number of projects for different clients spanning everything from public websites, intranetx, smaller campaigns, and web apps. For the last three years my role was that of a Front End lead where I was responsible for the overall architecture of the FE application and for supporting both senior and junior developers. I was also lead for a number of projects where accessibility was a key factor, such as the public website for the Gothenburg Opera House.

As a Front End Developer in a team that worked primarily with Volvo Cars I was responsible for developing the UI for a new intranet.

As Lead Front End Developer for the L’Oreal team I was solely responsible for the Front End on a number of high profile campaign sites.

My first position as a web developer at Dear Friends where I primarily worked solo on a Wordpress website for one of their clients.
