About

I am eager to take on a role where my expertise in human thinking and behavior is needed, regardless of organizational level. I have previously worked with design-driven process leadership, development of user-centered interfaces, creation of methodological support, and requirements analysis. As a cognitive scientist, I have experience working in areas such as design, human factors, as well as risk and accident analysis. In addition, I am very positive about conducting training or developing materials and techniques that can be used to achieve behavioral change. I thrive best in a role where I can contribute my knowledge and experience regarding human needs and capabilities. My previous experience and personality lead to high-quality results grounded in established research. For me, it is important that the development of both systems and organizations is driven by actual needs and that the changes implemented have a positive impact.
