Designed a custom Product Information Management system for a group of e-commerce brands, shaped around the unique needs of different departments. By using Shadcn/Tailwind patterns, helped to speed up development process. To keep everything on track, contributed to the functional requirements, making sure the developers had a solid understanding of what was needed.

Designed four e-commerce brands under an umbrella company. Over 500.000 monthly users in total. Orchestrated ux research process (user interviews, surveys, eyetracking, ab-tests). Created and maintained living design systems to unify brand identity and to speed up development. Helped business leaders to shape product strategy by designing visual roadmaps and bpmn diagrams. Launched and led the scrum process for a team of 7 people to ensure product roadmap execution.

Designed in-house billing system and image bank to streamline back office processes and cut costs. Improved customer retention by designing loyalty programs and user interface. Increased customer base by designing a webshop.

Conducted a ux research for a major Estonian retailer chain (over 3.000 of employees). Conceptualised and designed ecommerce store for this Client.

In this German startup I designed and coded (html-css) a platform for the German energy trading market. Software was delivered to the final customer.

Maintained and developed a website of a Finnish translation agency. Collaborated as a ux specialist on a translation app. Provided IT-support for localization software that was used within the group of translators.

Helped dozens of small businesses to improve their online presence by single-handedly creating websites, running marketing campaigns. Finally established my own company.
