Joakim leads the modernization and maintenance of the tool platform for customers in the manufacturing industry. Uses AI to learn/upgrade processes and algorithms.

Joakim led the modernization of WinnAssist’s service platform for automotive and marine workshops. He was responsible for architecture and development.

Joakim led the implementation of a new travel planning and booking system for SL. He was responsible for architecture and development.

Joakim designed Folksam’s development platform based on Gigaspaces, which included digital sales channels and customer data management.

Joakim built the framework for test automation from the ground up and led the development of system and integration tests.

Joakim led the migration of Avanza’s back-office system and designed systems for generating tax declarations as well as analyses of flows related to money laundering and fraud, primarily in connection with transfers.

Joakim designed and implemented payment flows and sales channels using Java and Apache Camel in a microservices environment.
