Previously worked at one of the leading Nordic consulting firms on projects involving the latest technologies. Also worked on a market-leading electronic health record system at Siemens Healthcare/Cerner. Identified causes of several serious issues and developed appropriate fixes during my time at Instant Systems Sweden AB. Solid academic background in communication networks and IT technology. Project: • Project Green GOAL Develop a prototype solution for transferring data from a medical technology product to a backend and a simple frontend using a mobile app (iOS). IMPLEMENTATION Led a team of two external developers who developed a backend with Python, Kafka, and PostgreSQL, and a simple React frontend for data visualization, which were run on a Kubernetes cluster. Supported the team by creating and setting up the necessary resources on AWS, setting up CI/CD, and further developing the iOS app in Swift. RESULT A prototype that was demonstrated at several internal and external meetings and conferences, showing how data from the device can be visualized for healthcare professionals. IMPLEMENTATION Led a team of two external developers and one architect who developed a number of microservices with Go, AWS IoT Core, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, etc. Supported the team by managing the backlog and documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and gathering and documenting the requirements. Acts as product owner for the platform in various contexts. The development of the platform continues with one developer. RESULT The platform has several features ready for production. Project: • Further development of the website volvocars.com GOAL Further development and bug fixing for the website which was developed with ASP.NET MVC, MS SQL Server, Sitecore, jQuery, etc. IMPLEMENTATION Was part of the team responsible for the forms on volvocars.com. The website was developed with ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Sitecore, jQuery, Bitbucket, etc. and ran on Azure. CI/CD was managed using TeamCity and Octopus Deploy. Worked on both backend and frontend development as well as DevOps and maintained close contact with the operations team at Volvo. Handled deployments of new versions of the website on several occasions. RESULT Several deployments of new versions of the website with improved functionality and fixed bugs. Technologies used: ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Sitecore, jQuery, Bitbucket, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy. • New development GOAL Migrate the website from Sitecore to microservices running on a Kubernetes cluster in Azure (both backend and frontend), and set up CI/CD using GitHub and Azure DevOps. IMPLEMENTATION Participated in the development of the new platform for lead collection based on ASP.NET Core API and Cosmos DB, running on a Kubernetes cluster in Azure. The source code was moved to GitHub. CI/CD was set up in Azure DevOps in close collaboration with personnel at Volvo. RESULT Successful migration of the website to modern technologies and cloud services. Simplified form management for marketing managers both at Decerno and Volvo. Project: • TENA Identifi GOAL Further development and bug fixing of a website for managing support systems for patients with incontinence. IMPLEMENTATION Was part of the team that further developed the incontinence care system. Had full responsibility for the website, from development to testing and deployment. The website was built with ASP.NET MVC5 and jQuery and ran locally at the client’s site. Maintained close contact with the client’s technical staff during several deployments of new versions of the website. Managed deployments of new website versions on multiple occasions. RESULT All bugs in the backlog were fixed. Several features were implemented according to end-user requests, resulting in increased customer satisfaction with the product. Maintained close contact with the company’s development team and IT managers at the customers. Planned and carried out test installations (“dress rehearsals”) and live installations at customers both onsite and remotely.
