How TeamPilot evaluates ZPL

When evaluating candidates with ZPL skills, we for example:

• Look for candidates with practical experience in ZPL, not just theoretical knowledge.
• Consider candidates who have worked on projects that demonstrate problem-solving with ZPL.
• Ask about specific challenges they see in using ZPL.
• Evaluate their understanding of best practices and design patterns in ZPL.
• Check if they stay updated with the latest developments in ZPL, for example what the latest release included.
